Pavely-USA TODAY SportsKenny Pickett, who was drafted in the first round of the 2022 NFL Draft, was supposed to be the new Franchise quarterback, but after two seasons, it didn’t work out.

Pickett grew up an Eagles fan in New Jersey and now gets to play for the team he grew up loving. Pickett will be Jalen Hurt’s backup quarterback, and he will only see the field if something were to happen to Hurts since he is the starter with, no question.

Pickett needed a fresh start, and it is good that he is getting it with the team he rooted for growing up.
