Arіаnа Mаdіx Responds to Erіkа Jаyne’s Comments About Her Run іn Cһіcаgo on Broаdwаy

The Vanderpump Rules cast member was very appreciative for her fellow Roxie Hart.

Vanderpump Rules‘ Ariana Madix has officially taken over Broadway, and she’s just getting started.

After making her Broadway debut as Roxie Hart in Chicago on Jan. 29, it was announced on Feb. 14 that she will extend her run in the role — that was only supposed to last until March 24 — to April 7.

Ariana has received support from a number of people in her life, including her VPR cast members, Scheana Shay and Lala Kent, in addition to her boyfriend, Daniel Wai, who attended her opening night.

But Ariana also received the support of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member and Chicago alum, Erika Jayne, who played the role of Roxie in 2020.

Read on to hear what Ariana had to say about Erika’s support for the role of the fictional accused murderess that they now have both embodied.

As seen in the video clip above, Erika had the sweetest things to say to Ariana during a Jan. 17 appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen: “I will say this: congratulations, Ariana, it’s going to be the best experience of your entire life…[Ariana is] going to have a great run.”

(As you might recall, Erika started her run as Roxie on Jan. 6, 2020, but her stint ended a few weeks early in March 2020, after Broadway shut down due to the coronavirus pandemic.)

Ariana has now responded to Erika’s message almost a month later during an interview with Broadway Direct where she expressed her appreciation for her, although she admitted, she hasn’t gotten in contact with her directly.

“We met briefly once at BravoCon,” Ariana said. “But she did say some lovely things about me on Watch What Happens Live that it’s going to be the best time and that she’s happy for me. So that was nice.”

Ariana Madix says being on Broadway has been a “standout”
