Andy Cohen may be counting down his final days at Bravo. Following drug and toxic workplace accusations, is Andy Cohen leaving Bravo? Read on to learn everything we know about the network host’s future.

Cohen is best known as the host of Bravo’s late-night show Watch What Happens Live! and the executive producer of 14 properties across NBC Universal, including The Real Housewives franchise and the network’s popular reunion specials, like the Vanderpump Rules reunion show. He also has two channels on Sirius XM; “Radio Andy” launched in 2015 and centers on culture, celebrities, lifestyle, and relationships, while “Andy Cohen’s Kiki Lounge,” launched in 2021, is a music-focused channel where he plays his favorite hits.

On April 18, 2024, In Touch Weekly reported that the longtime Bravo host and producer was in discussions to part ways with the network. “Negotiations for Cohen’s departure package are underway as he grapples with the fallout from mounting accusations by his stars,” a source told the publication. However, Cohen and Bravo denied the accusations. “This couldn’t be further from the truth,” a Bravo insider said.

The rumors of Cohen’s departure from Bravo come after ex-Housewife star Leah McSweeney filed a lawsuit against Cohen alleging substance abuse. The February 27 filing claims that the defendants (Cohen, Bravo Media, NBC Universal Media, Warner Bros. Discovery, production company Shed Media US, and producers John Paparazzo, Lisa Shannon, and Darren Ward) created a “rotted” workplace culture where employees were pressured to consume alcohol, according to documents obtained by People.

In the 109-page complaint, McSweeney alleges that the defendants failed to maintain a safe working environment and accommodate her disabilities, which include “alcohol use disorder” and “mental health disorders.” She specifically calls out Cohen and claims that he “intentionally uses cocaine with his employees to further promote a workplace culture that thrives off drug and alcohol abuse, which leads to a failure to accommodate employees who are disabled and attempting to remain substance free.”

She continued, “Cohen’s preferred workplace environment, which is fueled with substances and illicit behavior, permeates every aspect of Defendant Bravo productions.” In March 2024, a rep for Cohen told Deadline that “the claims against Andy are completely false!”

Is Andy Cohen leaving Bravo? Despite rumors that the longtime host is exiting Bravo following the recent lawsuit filed against him, that is not the case. Our sister site, Deadline, reported on April 18, 2024, that the Bravo star and executive producer is not leaving the network.

“There is absolutely no truth to this story and [the publication’s] source obviously has no clue about the situation,” a Bravo spokeswoman told Deadline about the In Touch Weekly story.

On April 18, different sources told TMZ that Cohen was not going anywhere. “There is absolutely no truth to the rumor Andy’s negotiating an exit from the network,” a network source told the site. As for the In Touch article, TMZ writes, “Sources with direct knowledge also tell us a report that cited an anonymous source to run their headline was way off base, and that none of the info that got published was accurate.”

Andy Cohen seems to be staying where he is for now. Stay tuned for updates as we learn more.
