For Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce, it is another sweet offseason to savor at the pinnacle of the National Football League. Atop the ranks of pro football once again, the Chiefs have, professionally, turned their focus towards achieving an unprecedented “three-peat”.

However, off the field, the pair have set their sights on a slightly tastier venture: they boys are going halves on a restaurant in Kansas City; specifically, a steakhouse, per NBC.

The new place will be called “1587 Prime”, in reference to Mahomes’ 15 and Kelce’s 87 jerseys.
1587 Prime will be a 2 story, 10,000 foot restaurant inside the Loews Hotel in downtown Kansas City, and is set to debut in early 2025 – around the time that Mahomes and Kelce will be attempting to play in their 5th Super Bowl in 7 years.
Should be an excellent new place for Kansas City player and fans alike to continue to celebrate what are seemingly innumerous wins and championships for the midwestern powerhouse.
