Jets’ Zach Wilson ‘lists home for sale for $950k’ as quarterback braces for expected trade out of New York following three unsuccessful seasons with team

Jets quarterback Zach Wilson has listed his home in Florham Park, New Jersey as he braces for a trade out of New York, according to a report.

Wilson, the No. 2 overall pick in 2021, struggled as the Jets’ starter in his first two seasons before being re-inserted into the lineup following Aaron Rodgers’ Achilles injury last year.

Last month, though, Jets GM Joe Douglas told reporters that Wilson had been given permission to seek a trade, and the New York Post has confirmed that the 24-year-old is attempting to sell his condo.

As seen on an online listing from Compass, the home is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom townhouse that is listed for $950,000.

The home also has a washer and dryer included, stainless steel appliances and a TV room, which appears to be in the basement.

Wilson’s property has reportedly been on the market for a week.

For now, the passer remains a Jet, though according to CBS Sports’ Jonathan Jones, the Broncos have discussed Wilson as an option.

After Wilson filled in for Rodgers and reclaimed his starting role, the Jets limped to a 7-10 record, with the quarterback finishing 30th in quarterback rating.

Wilson was briefly demoted to the team’s third string quarterback as well.

However, teammate Sauce Gardner evidently still believes in him, as he responded to a rumor suggesting that the Jets hadn’t received much interest in the quarterback.

Gardner wrote, ‘this has to be cap.’

‘Zach is a baller. All he needs is time to throw the ball and if for whatever reason he don’t have it, he can get it done with his legs,’ he continued in the repost.

In 12 games last year, Wilson finished with just eight touchdowns to seven interceptions, averaging 189.3 yards per contest.

He was, however, more accurate than in previous seasons, completing a career-high 60.1 percent of his passes.
