Actress Cailey Fleming is well known for her roles in The Walking Dead, as a young Rey in Star Wars: The Force Awakens, and in the Disney+/MCU series Loki. Next, she will star alongside funny man Ryan Reynold’s in the live-action/animated comedy film, IF.

Written, produced, and directed by John Krasinski, IF will be released in theaters by Paramount Pictures on May 17, 2024. The final trailer was recently released, showcasing Fleming and Reynolds as embark on a magical journey.

The story follows a young girl Bea (Fleming), who begins seeing people’s discarded imaginary friends, or IFs. She along with Reynolds Cal, who has the same ability, begin to reunited the IFs with the children who forgot about them.

“From writer and director John Krasinski, IF is about a girl who discovers that she can see everyone’s imaginary friends — and what she does with that superpower — as she embarks on a magical adventure to reconnect forgotten IFs with their kids.”

– IF synopsis

Fleming and Reynolds lead the story with Krasainski, Fiona Shaw, Alan Kim, Liza Colón-Zayas, and Bobby Moynihan. Steve Carell, Phoebe Waller-Bridge, and the recently deceased Louis Gossett Jr. serve as voices for the IFs, who are joined by Matt Damon, Jon Stewart, Emily Blunt, Maya Rudolph, Sam Rockwell, Sebastian Maniscalco, Christopher Meloni, Richard Jenkins, Awkwafina, and Vince Vaughn.

Cailey Fleming returns to The Walking Dead universe.

The Walking Dead: The Ones Who Live is the spinoff featuring the long-awaited reunion of Rick (Andrew Lincoln) and Michonne (Danai Gurira). The series was a fantastic continuation of their love story formed by mutual respect and trust that was abruptly interrupted when Rick was assumed to have died in a bridge explosion. He was whisked away by Jadis (Pollyanna McIntosh) to the CRM. When Michonne discovered mysterious hints that he survived, she, with encouragement from their daughter Judith (Fleming), began her search for him.

The Ones Who Live followed Rick and Michonne’s journey, which led to their reunion. Fans, overjoyed at seeing the couple together again, believed the only way to end the series was with the reunion of the Grimes family, which included their children Judith and RJ (Antony Azor). They were rewarded with a touching scene at the series’ conclusion.
