The New York Knicks are hunting for a sixth straight win when they host the Miami Heat at Madison Square Garden in New York City on Saturday, January 27 (1/27/2024) at 3 p.m. ET.

OG Anunoby had a monster night for New York on Thursday, draining 26 points in 29 minutes for the team high against the defending NBA Champion Nuggets for a 122-84 blowout win. It was Anunoby’s highest total since joining the Knicks, and he did it while locking up Denver’s Jamal Murray.
The Knicks are now 28-17 and have improved to fourth in the Eastern Conference as they prepare to square off with the Heat. Miami is 24-21 and in seventh place. When they clashed earlier in the season, New York narrowly beat Miami 100-98 during In-Season Tournament play, but that was before Anunoby joined the team.
Miami will try to bounce back after a 143-110 loss to the Boston Celtics. Nobody on the Heat could crack 20 points for the night, with Bam Adebayo and Tyler Herro tied at 19. Terry Rozier moved into the starting lineup, joining Herro, Adebayo Jimmy Butler and Haywood Highsmith for the Heat’s 25th starting lineup iteration of the season.
